Returns - Missing pieces / Material Defects

Most puzzles today are made in modern factories featuring automatic machinery. Missing pieces are a very unusual occurrence. Be sure to check on the floor, on pets, under chairs, and in seat cushions. My own sister thought she had a missing piece a few years ago. The piece turned up in her dogs water dish two days later. We still do not know where the piece was for 2 days.


For Puzzles Produced by LPF Limited:

If you still have a missing piece, please send us an e-mail specifying the puzzle name, the piece count, and the title of the puzzle. The puzzle must have been purchased within the last 90 days and have a proof of purchase.

We will do everything we can to replace the puzzle with the same image. However, if the image is no longer in stock, we will send another puzzle with the same or larger piece count. If we send the same puzzle image, we will only send the bagged puzzle not in a box.


For puzzles produced by a company other than LPF Limited but bought on our website:

Normally, puzzle companies want to be contacted directly if you have a missing piece or another material defect for a puzzle not produced by LPF Limited. We can assist you in contacting the company and then they will handle the matter per their normal process.


Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not satisfied with your puzzle for any reason other than a material defect, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the puzzle. All issues after 10 days will be handled at our discretion.

If the puzzle was produced by LPF Limited, you may return the puzzle so long as it is unopened. Be sure to contact us first to receive a Return Authorization Number. Any returned received without a Return Authorization Number is subject to being rejected and returned to you. We will either refund you the cost of the puzzle (but not any shipping and handling charges) or send you a new puzzle from our warehouse. If the puzzle was produced by another puzzle company, we will assist you in contacting that company.

This guarantee only applies to puzzles bought through the website. Any puzzle purchased through another party will be handled on a case by case basis. You will need to contact us using the name and e-mail address of the person who bought the puzzle from our website.


Sales Taxes

Sales taxes for those with an Indiana address will be collected at the time of purchase. All other customers are expected to do the right thing and pay the sales taxes for their location in accordance to local laws and regulations.


Refused Goods

Occasionally an item is returned to us by the Postal Service because the package is undeliverable due to a wrong address or some other reason.

If this happens, we will try to contact the customer and fix the problem. If the address was incorrect and needs to be corrected, we will have to charge for shipping and handling again.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will refund the purchase price of the puzzle, less the full shipping and handling charges, any fees accrued by us during the return from the postal service and a 20% restock fee.


Advertising and E-mail updates

We will occasionally send you e-mails or paper catalogs featuring our puzzles and other items. If you do not wish to receive these notices e-mail us back after you receive the notice and we will remove you from our list. We will never sell your name or details to any third party. The only time we will share any of your information will be when it is required to ship your product (your address to the USPS or FedEx). You will only receive notices from us about products we sell.


Factory tours

We do not allow tours of our factory. It is a working factory and not conducive to tours.



Items found on our website are in stock and available for purchase unless otherwise noted. Occasionally, you will order from us and a particular puzzle will be out of stock. This is a very rare occurrence and we have processes in place so it does not happen. But if it does, we will contact you right away and let you know. We will credit your credit card or give you the option to replace the puzzle with another item.

Items featured on our website are generally licensed from the artist or photographer for use on our puzzles. They are on our website only as a reference and are not intended to be downloaded or used for any other purpose than selling the puzzle. Colors may vary from what you see on the screen to your puzzle. Not by much, but sometimes it happens. We cannot be held responsible for any variations in color or packaging.

Errors in pricing or availability on the website will be corrected as soon as they are discovered. We reserve the right to cancel any sale for any item that was listed incorrectly, even if the credit card used has already been charged. We will notify the customer of the error and refund all charges as soon as possible. This does not have happen often, but we have heard too many horror stories of items listed with an obvious pricing error and of folks trying to take advantage of the error. We are all puzzlers here and it is our hope you will help us if we hit the wrong key when typing in an item.



We are a small family company run by people who love jigsaw puzzles. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. I would suggest sending an e-mail as your first choice for contacting us. It allows us to check and respond in a more timely fashion. It is our intention to resolve any issues to everyone’s satisfaction. This is not always possible, but we will do our best.
